The ideal candidate will have a robust network of industry contacts and exceptional communication skills to drive placements and expand business opportunities. Key Responsibilities Proactively market bench consultants (H1B, GC, US Citizens, etc.) to clients and vendors. Leverage an established contact list to generate new business and placement opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with implementation partners, system integrators, and direct clients. Identify and pursue new business leads through networking, cold calling, and social media. Negotiate contract terms and close deals with clients and vendors. Business Development Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the SAP recruitment market within the US. Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand the client base. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their SAP hiring needs. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their SAP recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and addressing any issues or concerns promptly. Sales And Revenue Growth Achieve and exceed sales targets by generating new business and upselling additional services to existing clients.
