About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled IT Automation Engineer to join our Mumbai office and support our UK-based MSP operations. This office-based role focuses on developing and managing RMM automation, IT scripting, and workflow optimization to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.

You’ll work with a range of MSP tools and platforms, integrating systems, streamlining processes, and implementing automation across our client environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts and workflows to improve MSP operations.
• Build and manage automations using Rewst, n8n, or similar orchestration platforms.
• Create RMM automation for systems such as Kaseya, Datto RMM, and Autotask.
• Automate ticketing, provisioning, patching, and monitoring processes.
• Troubleshoot and optimize automation reliability with robust error handling and logging.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and deliver automation opportunities.
• Document automation processes, standards, and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in automation engineering, RMM automation, or DevOps within an MSP or IT services environment.
• Strong IT scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with Rewst, n8n, Zapier, or similar automation tools.
• Knowledge of Autotask, Datto RMM, Kaseya, and other PSA/RMM or ITSM systems.
• Understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure, and IT infrastructure fundamentals.
• Familiarity with products such as Mimecast, Avanan, Axcient, Acronis, ThreatDefence, Huntress, Augmentt, and CIPP.app.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive, innovative mindset.
• Kaseya certification is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹100,000.00 per month
