Location: Vasant Vihar - New Delhi

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Experience: Minimum 10 Years in Similar Field

Compensation: Salary Negotiable (with Monthly Incentives based on Sales & Service Performance)

Position Overview

Rivotta India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT / Audio Visual Engineer to manage, configure, and maintain all Audio Visual (AV) and IT infrastructure across the organization and client sites.

The role requires in-depth technical expertise in AV systems, IT hardware & networking, office automation, and pre-sales technical evaluation, ensuring smooth operations, seamless integration, and technology-driven excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Audio Visual Systems

• Install, configure, and integrate AV products such as conferencing room equipment, projectors, video walls, commercial displays, IFPDs, kiosks, PA & BGM systems, microphones, and smart classroom setups.

• Evaluate existing setups in auditoriums, boardrooms, and conference rooms to recommend upgrades and new solutions.

• Conduct testing, calibration, and troubleshooting of AV systems for optimal performance.

• Stay updated with the latest AV and IT technologies and solutions available globally.

• Liaise with OEMs and vendors for product updates, technical support, and warranty matters.

• Train internal service and sales teams on product functionality and demonstration techniques.

Pre-Sales & Technical Evaluation

• Conduct on-site pre-sales evaluations of existing IT/AV infrastructures to identify requirements and upgrade opportunities.

• Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM), Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and assist in reading and interpreting schematic and AutoCAD drawings.

• Collaborate with the sales and design teams to propose the right mix of products and technologies for client needs.

• Support in tender documentation and solution design as per client specifications.

IT Infrastructure & Support

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and networks.

• Manage and troubleshoot hardware/software issues, including Windows 10/11, Linux, and MS Office environments.

• Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SMTP, etc.) and internet-related services.

• Handle LAN/WAN cabling, routers, switches, and firewall configurations.

• Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure maximum uptime of IT systems.

Office Automation & Integration

• Install and troubleshoot multifunctional printers, copiers, and scanners.

• Integrate IT, AV, and security systems including CCTV, attendance, and access control systems.

• Maintain detailed documentation of equipment, configurations, and inventories.

Training, Documentation & Vendor Coordination

• Conduct internal training for service, sales, and backend teams.

• Maintain detailed logs, service records, and technical documentation.

• Coordinate with suppliers and OEMs for replacements, updates, and warranty claims.

Required Skills

• Strong technical expertise in AV systems, IT infrastructure, and integration.

• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

• Capable of conducting pre-sales evaluations, preparing BOM/BOQ, and understanding AutoCAD drawings.

• Thorough understanding of auditorium and boardroom setup designs.

• Ability to multitask, work independently, and deliver within deadlines.

• High attention to detail and commitment to professional standards.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate / Diploma / ITI in IT, Computer Science, or Electronics.

• Certifications (Preferred): AVIXA CTS, Crestron, Extron, or equivalent.

• Experience: Minimum 10 years in Audio Visual, IT Integration, or Office Automation field.

• Other: Must have own conveyance.

• Preference: Candidates already in a similar role and possessing the above qualities will be given preference.
