The primary objective of this role is to Oversee IT Service Management (ITSM) processes based on the ITIL framework. The ideal candidate will have a background in ServiceDesk/End user/Infra support and a proven track record in service management.Key Responsibilities

• Oversee ITSM processes based on the ITIL framework.
• Review service management KPIs and performance data to ensure the service provider meets performance standards.
• Oversee the quality of delivered IT services and solutions that support Healthier business requirements.
• You will embrace innovation, create respective decision proposals and support/drive the design / implementation process according to IT policies and guidelines.
• Collect, develop, and prioritize new business demands on an ongoing basis.
  

Required Knowledge And Experience

Education: A university degree in engineering, computer science, or a related fieldExperience:

• 9-10 years of overall work experience in IT Infrastructure Management.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience as a Service Manager, with hands-on experience in ITIL-based ITSM process design and implementation.
  

Skills

• In-depth knowledge and experience with ITIL process.
• Excellent prioritization skills, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, diverse, and growth-oriented environment.
• Strong relationship management skills with infrastructure teams, application teams, stakeholders, business, and business partners.
• Experience in overseeing the delivery of quality IT solutions that support business requirements, from direct requests to complex global strategic initiative
• Ability to rapidly acquire new skills and passion for continuous learning.
• Knowledge in multiple areas including:
• Service Desk and support
• End User support (O365/SharePoint/Teams)
• Reporting and Dashboard
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
• People management
