Job Description

We are seeking an IT Deputy Manager (Device & Audio-Video) to oversee end-user devices and audio-visual systems across the organization. The role involves managing IT hardware (Mac laptops, desktops, tablets), AV infrastructure in classrooms and meeting rooms, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise along with leadership skills to support and guide the IT support team.

Requested Profile:

Designation: IT Deputy Manager ( Device & Audio-Video ) Device & Audio-Video

Qualification: Graduate in IT/Computer Science or related field

Experience: 5-8 years in IT support with strong exposure to audio-video systems

Requirements Requirement:

To manage and support Mac laptops, desktops, projectors, and printers.

To handle audio-video setups in auditoriums, classrooms, and conference halls.

To provide quick resolution of hardware/software issues.

To supervise IT support engineers and guide them in complex troubleshooting.

To ensure preventive maintenance and timely updates of devices.

Key Skills:

Device installation, configuration & troubleshooting (Laptops/Desktops/Printers)

Audio-Video system setup (Projectors, Video Conferencing, Sound Systems)

Strong knowledge of OS & software troubleshooting

Preventive maintenance & asset management

Ability to lead and mentor junior support staff
