IT Asset Management Executive

Role Overview: You will be responsible for a full-time, on-site role based in Pune as an IT Asset Management Executive. Your expertise will be crucial in managing end-to-end IT Asset Management, store operations, audits, and compliance. Your main tasks will include overseeing the lifecycle of IT assets, ensuring compliance through audits, coordinating store operations, and strategizing for efficient procurement and utilization of IT assets. You will also be in charge of maintaining asset records, addressing employee IT needs, generating reports, and ensuring adherence to compliance policies. Key Responsibilities: - Proficiently handle IT Asset Management and store operations, covering acquisition, deployment, utilization, and disposition of IT assets. - Demonstrate familiarity with audit and compliance procedures, especially within the IT sector. - Utilize strong organizational and analytical skills for effective inventory management, tracking, and problem resolution. - Display proficiency in IT tools like asset management software and audit tracking systems. - Exhibit excellent communication and coordination abilities to liaise with various departments and optimize operations. - Bring 3+ years of experience in IT Asset Management or similar roles, emphasizing the achievement of organizational objectives. - Ideally possess an educational background in information technology, business management, or a related field.
