Job Description

3 Months Contract for IT Asset Management

Role and KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The candidate required to have complete the knowledge asset listing for the site.
Asset segregation between LL, CNX & Scrap based on the information available at site.
Asset to be physically identified and validate in all the corners of site and track if any missing assets in master sheet of asset listing.
Sound knowledge on SEZ formalities and working knowledge in SEZ premise.
Sound knowledge on Bonded and debonded assets.
IGST and CGST
Identify the old invoices on Duty Free and Duty paid clarification to Logistics team.
Invoice validation v/s physical assets available at MTP D4.
Book of entry on assessed assets along invoice details in the master sheet.
Identify the assets which can be re-used between MTP sites considering both SEZ and Non SEZ sites inside MTP campus.
Clear understanding on DC copies, Invoice copies for NIL GST.
Scrap identification and adding left over assets if any on main tracker of asset listing.
