Role & responsibilities

• Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
• Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve system issues• Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriateinternal teams• Asset Discovery: It is the process of identifying all the IT assets that exist within theorganization, including SaaS apps, devices (computer, laptop), servers, and other resources.The main purpose of Asset discovery to gain visibility into inventory of company assets,which is crucial for security, compliance, and efficient IT asset management. It helps youunderstand what data they hold, where it's located, and whether it's properly maintainedand secured.• Monitoring Hardware and Software: Firstly, you need to decide the metrics you want totrack for your assets. Some of the most used software and hardware asset managementmetrics include:o Underused/Overused Software Licenseso Number of IT assetso Expired Warrantieso Cost of Maintaining an IT Asseto Managing Asset Lifecycle: It refers to the process of managing an asset from themoment it is acquired or deployed within an organization until its eventual disposalor retirement. o Licensed vs. unlicensed softwareo Keeping Track of IT Assets Usage: It is the process of tracing how users are using theIT assets (SaaS apps, data, and systems), which users are using them, and for whatpurposeo Manage software licenses and warranties: It refers to the process of managingsoftware licenses: how many licenses are currently being used, which are not in use,how many licenses need to be reallocated, how many new licenses for thatapplication need to be purchased, and more. • Communicate And Set Asset Purchasing Policies•  Enforce The Asset Purchasing Policies• Document The Entire Process

• Create Curated IT Reports weekly, monthly, and quarterly
• Preparing Organizations for Compliance Audits • Any Ticketing Tools experience, Manage Engine, Service Now.
