IT Asset Executive
The IT Asset Specialist is responsible for managing, tracking, and optimizing IT assets throughout their lifecycle to ensure efficiency, compliance, and cost-effectiveness. The role involves asset tracking, audits, reporting, coordination with IT & procurement teams, and adherence to SLA-driven environments. This position includes rotational shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets from acquisition to disposal.
- Monitor, reconcile, and audit asset inventories, ensuring correct tagging and documentation.
- Conduct periodic asset audits to ensure compliance with ITAM policies and corporate standards.
- Collaborate with procurement, IT, finance, and operations teams to ensure proper asset allocation and utilization.
- Prepare asset performance, utilization, and depreciation reports.
SLA & Compliance
Ensure all asset-related activities adhere to SLA requirements.
- Implement compliance checks and maintain audit readiness for all IT asset processes.
Process Optimization
- Identify and implement process improvements in IT Asset Management workflows.
- Promote best practices aligned with ITIL and ITAM frameworks.
Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs, replacements, and warranty claims.
- Maintain proper documentation and communication for vendor-related activities.
SAP Responsibilities
- Create POs in SAP (e.g., ME21N), converting approved requisitions into accurate purchase orders.
- Validate vendor details, material codes, pricing, quantities, and delivery timelines.
Data Management
- Maintain complete and accurate records of POs and related financial documentation.
- Amend POs as required based on updates from requisitions or vendor agreements.
Compliance & Workflow
- Follow procurement approval workflows and ensure adherence to purchasing policies.
- Coordinate with approvers for high-value or exception-based POs.
Vendor Coordination
- Communicate with suppliers to confirm order details and resolve discrepancies.
Reporting
- Generate PO status reports, monitor delivery schedules, and track invoice matching.
Process Improvement
- Suggest improvements in PO creation processes and enhance SAP utilization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in IT Asset Management or IT inventory control.
ITIL certification - Mandatory.
ITAM certification - Preferred.
- Experience working in an
SLA-driven environment Mandatory.
- Strong familiarity with IT asset management tools and ManageEngine systems.
Advanced Excel skills - Mandatory.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and organizational capabilities.
Skills

- Ability to manage multiple priorities under time constraints.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Knowledge of compliance standards, audit processes, and ITAM frameworks.

Morning Shift:
10:00 AM - 7:00 PMEvening Shift:
