ACS (

6 Month of experience.
Should have rich experience in
International Inbound voice process.
Should have excellent
communication skills
,
Customer facing experience, call handling skills, active listening skills
,
good typing
and
MS office proficiency.
Customer support experience in any domain.
Open to work in
US shift (India night shift).
Open to
work from office
(all days).
Looking for predominantly
female candidates.
Graduation is not necessary,
PUC
will also work.

Note:

Internation inbound voice experience is mandatory, experience in Semi Voice process, outbound process, domestic voice process will not be considered.
Communication influenced by mother tongue will not work.
Candidates should be confident.
