We are seeking a proactive and technically sound IT & Cloud Administrator with a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in managing IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and end-user support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining secure and reliable IT systems, ensuring smooth business operations, and supporting cloud-based deployment and services.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and manage desktops, laptops, network devices, and peripherals.
Manage and monitor cloud services such as AWS / Azure / GCP (as applicable).
Handle user account creation, access rights, and security policies through Active Directory / IAM.
Maintain and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and firewall systems.
Perform backup operations, restoration, and disaster recovery procedures.
Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of servers and applications.
Patch management and updates for OS, software, and security tools.
Manage email services (Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace) and endpoint security solutions.
Maintain IT documentation, including asset inventory, network diagrams, and SOPs.
Collaborate with vendors for procurement, support, and AMC coordination.

Requirements

Knowledge of Windows and Linux administration.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure preferred).
Understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs).
Basic knowledge of firewalls, VPN, and security policies.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Relevant certifications (preferred): Azure Administrator / AWS Solutions Associate / CCNA / MCSA / ITIL, etc.
