Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities : Manage IT service requests, incidents, and problems through the entire lifecycle from initiation to resolution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of issues and implement corrective actions. Develop and maintain documentation for incident management processes, procedures, and knowledge base articles. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in IT operations. Job Requirements : 2-5 years of experience in ITSM or related field (ITIL). Strong understanding of change management principles and practices (e.g., ITIL). Proficiency in JIRA or similar project management tools; experience with ServiceNow a plus. Experience working in an insurance industry environment.
