IT Analyst

As a Global Process IT Analyst (Production) at this leading global manufacturing organization, your role will involve supporting CPIM Production functions and driving innovation, process optimization, and SAP-based system enhancements across global sites. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Project Delivery & Management:** - Manage IT project delivery (budgeting, sizing, sourcing) aligned with CPIM PMO standards. - Drive execution of production-related IT initiatives. - Support reporting, documentation, and project controlling. - **Production IT Support:** - Provide daily support to GPNet users across global sites. - Handle SAP PP, WMS, ME tickets through FHCS ticketing system. - Resolve issues proactively to improve production efficiency. - **Innovation & Process Improvement:** - Evaluate and implement new technologies and IT solutions for production. - Drive improvement proposals in GPNet functions. - Ensure sustainable, harmonized, and integrated process solutions. - **Business Consulting & Documentation:** - Partner with business teams to maintain optimized process/system designs. - Support creation of documentation for key functional process areas. - Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and standardization. - **Stakeholder Coordination:** - Collaborate with CPIM Production Team and key users across plants. - Work with external partners, consultants, and special IT groups. - Provide effective communication across different management levels. **Qualification Required:** - Bachelors / Masters Degree in Engineering, IT, or related field. If you have 4-10 years of experience in Production IT, SAP PP/WMS/ME functional support, ERP-integrated production processes, and IT project coordination, along with strong functional knowledge of SAP PP, WMS, and ME modules, experience in production systems, process flow, and shop-floor support, and understanding of project management methodologies, this opportunity is perfect for you.
