About the Role:


IT Specialist & Software Integrator


Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Integrate various software applications to ensure smooth data flow and process automation.
  • Troubleshoot system errors, perform diagnostics, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with international clients, software vendors, and internal teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
  • Manage and monitor IT infrastructure, ensuring security and data protection compliance.
  • Provide technical training and support to staff members.
  • Prepare technical documentation, user manuals, and integration reports.
  • Tech process Improvment


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in IT support, system administration, and software integration.
  • Strong understanding of networking, databases, APIs, and cloud-based solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with software such as ERP, CRM, and custom application integrations.
  • Gsuit, Microsoft 365 admin center knowledge. Network Management.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with programming or scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, etc.).
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
