Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Scope of Work :

IT Equipment Management:

Assist in the arrangement of IT equipment, supplies.
Monitor and track the distribution and use of IT assets.
Coordinate with vendors and IT support for equipment repairs and maintenance.

Data Entry and Management:

Input and update IT asset data in databases and information systems.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of IT equipment, inventory, and licenses.

IT Asset Room Maintenance:

Ensure that the IT office space is organized and well-maintained.
Monitor and coordinate for office supplies.
Coordinate with facilities management for office repairs and maintenance.

IT Inventory Management:

Keep track of IT hardware assets
Assist in managing and maintaining an inventory of IT equipment.

Training and Onboarding:

Assist in onboarding new IT staff and ensuring they have the necessary resources.
Coordinate and training sessions and workshops for IT employees.

Miscellaneous Tasks:

Handle miscellaneous tasks as assigned by IT management.

User Support:

Provide basic technical support to end-users.
Assist with troubleshooting hardware issues.
Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate IT personnel.

Front Desk Duties:

Greet and assist visitors to the IT department or office.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and delivery packages.
