Job Title: IT Administrator (Linux, Shell Scripting & Azure)

IT Administrator (10+ years)

Roles & Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable cloud solutions across
Azure/AWS/GCP
, ensuring performance, cost-efficiency, and security.
Deploy and manage cloud VMs, storage, networking, and services for multiple client environments.
Configure hybrid connectivity using
VPN, ExpressRoute, Direct Connect
between cloud and on-prem.
Act as the primary technical point of contact, delivering
Tier 2/3 support
across cloud and on-prem systems.
Set up and manage native backup solutions (Azure Backup, AWS Backup) with compliance-driven retention policies.
Configure and maintain
AVD infrastructure
(session hosts, host pools, user profiles).
Implement cloud security controls including IAM roles, NSGs, encryption, Defender/Security Center.
Work with clients to gather cloud requirements, create architecture diagrams, and deliver solution proposals.
Configure monitoring and alerting tools (
Azure Monitor, CloudWatch
) to ensure system availability.
Manage Linux servers and automate tasks using
Shell scripting & PowerShell
for operational efficiency.

Good knowledge of AWS/GCP

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
