Job Description

Job Function - Information Technology / Infrastructure Management

Designation - IT Admin

Qualifications - Any Diploma/Graduates in Computer Science or Related Fields

Requirements:

Strong understanding of server and network administration, including firewalls, routers, switches, and wireless systems.
Experience managing IT infrastructure (servers, networks, firewalls).
Hands-on exposure ( Windows/Linux servers, networking, firewall config).
Experience managing Active Directory, Exchange, Google Workspace, and related server-based tools.
Familiarity with recognized tools (PRTG, SolarWinds, Zabbix, ManageEngine).
Knowledge of backup, recovery, and security management procedures.
Ability to provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain system performance.
Time management, prioritization, experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Freshservice, etc.), customer-first mindset.
Familiarity with IT policies, compliance standards, and documentation practices.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Good to Have:

Exposure to cloud or virtualization environments.

Interest in learning and adopting emerging IT technologies.
