Key Responsibilities:
BIM Software Management:
Overseeing the licensing, installation, and maintenance of BIM software like Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
User Access and Security:
Managing user accounts, permissions, and access to BIM software and project data.
Network Infrastructure:
Ensuring the network infrastructure supports BIM workflows, including file storage, data transfer, and collaboration.
Troubleshooting:
Providing technical support to users experiencing issues with BIM software or related technologies.
BIM Standards and Workflows:
Assisting in the development, implementation, and enforcement of BIM standards and workflows.
Training and Support:
Providing training to staff on BIM software and best practices, and offering ongoing support.
Hardware Management:
Ensuring that workstations and other hardware are properly configured and maintained for BIM work.
Staying Current:
Keeping up-to-date with the latest BIM technologies and trends, and recommending improvements to the company's BIM workflow.
Collaboration:
Collaborating with project teams, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth BIM implementation.
