Role & responsibilities:

Analysis, implementation, operation and maintenance of IT systems (hardware, software)
Conceptual design and implementation of efficient IT solutions, in cooperation with the IT headquarter in Germany, external partners and local key users in India
Maintenance of the network infrastructure
Selection of IT suppliers and support in the procurement of IT components
Documentation and maintenance of the IT knowledgebase
Optimization and further development of existing IT services and processes
Processing of helpdesk requests via telephone and ticket system

Preferred candidate profile:

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows client and server operating systems
Knowledge of Microsoft 365
Basic knowledge of network technologies and infrastructure planning.
Basic knowledge of Active Directory and Azure AD
Good analytical skills and understanding of complex topics and tasks
Excellent written and spoken English skills
Strong team and communication skills, confident demeanor
Ability to work Independent
Completed vocational training in information technology or an equivalent qualification combined with relevant professional experience
