About the Role:

We are seeking a hands‑on IT Administrator who will ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations of our IT environment. You will provision and manage Microsoft 365 accounts, grant and revoke access to applications and resources, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and maintain IT assets, all while enforcing security best practices and continuously improving processes.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Create/manage Microsoft 365 (Azure AD/Entra ID) users, licenses, security groups, and

·      Configure Entra ID tenant as an identity provider

·      Set up Single Sign‑On (SSO) using SAML for internal applications

·      Manage Azure cloud resources (VMs, storage, networking) and monitor usage/costs

·      Maintain runbooks, write how‑to guides, and train users on best practices

·      First‑line support for Windows/macOS devices, network, and mobile devices

·      Act as first point of contact for IT requests via ticketing system, email, or in person

·      Track inventory, software licenses, deploy hardware, and manage warranties

·      Enforce MFA, password policies, audit access, and assist in compliance checks

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s in IT/Computer Science or equivalent

·       2+ years in IT support or system administration, preferably with Microsoft 365/Azure

·       Solid Windows 10/11 and macOS troubleshooting skills

·       Proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment

·       One of the Following Certifications Is a Must:

Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate

Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate

Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
