Role & responsibilities

• Establishing a sound IT infrastructure that enables effective performance and ensuring organisation's shift towards digital infrastructure
• Ensuring high performing and 24*7 up and running mail server, cloud processor and sufficient storage facilities
• Ensuring all networking channels are performing at optimum levels- near zero downtime
• Taking care of all the backups and ensuring a safe and secure repository of Outlook backups
• Ensuring bandwidth monitoring and measuring bandwidth usage by user, device and apps
• Ensuring all the relevant software updates and hardware upgrades happen in real time
• Ensuring a seamless and uninterrupted IT management in the organisation and being responsible for all the new technology implementation end to end
• Providing 24*7 infrastructure, services and product support on-call coverage
• Handling all the network issues concerning our staff and providing quick resolutions
• Bringing in transformative IT disruptions to optimise performance at workplace

Preferred candidate profile

• B.Tech./B.E. in IT specialisation, certifications such CTI, would be an added advantage
• Proven experience as an IT Executive for at least 2+ years across industry
• Experience of Tally, cloud technologies and concerned architectures, Office 365, Software updates, Hardware upgrades, backups etc.
• Data-driven, structured problem solver, excellent communicator (written and verbal, formal and informal), independent problem solver, highly accurate and detail oriented
