Work Location- Noida Sector 135


Job Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues (HDD/SSD, RAM, motherboard, power supply)
  • Perform OS installation and upgrades (Windows 10/11)
  • Install, activate, and configure Microsoft Office (Office 2016/2019/365)
  • Troubleshoot MS Office issues (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Manage user profiles, email setup, and data backup
  • Provide technical support to end users (onsite & remote)
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
  • Coordinate with vendors for hardware repair and warranty claims
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards
  • Support basic network connectivity (LAN, Wi-Fi, printer sharing)


Qualifications

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent
  • 0–1 years experience in IT support or hardware support
