Key Responsibilities
1. IT Infrastructure & Network Management
- Network Operations (Daily/As Needed)
- Resolve internet connectivity and network issues promptly
- Configure and maintain TP-Link switches, routers, and access points
- Troubleshoot IP conflicts, server connectivity, and bandwidth issues
- Monitor network performance and implement optimizations
- Ensure secure WiFi access and guest network management
2. Systems Security & Access Control
- Security Management (Weekly/Monthly)
- Review and maintain network access controls and user permissions
- Implement and monitor firewall configurations
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
- Ensure compliance with data protection best practices
- Manage antivirus/endpoint security across all devices
3. Password & Credential Management
- Access Administration (Weekly/Monthly)
- Manage Dashlane enterprise account and user access
- Add/remove users and grant/revoke password access to tools (Notion, CRM, etc.)
- Update expired portal passwords and maintain credential hygiene
- Implement multi-factor authentication [2FA] where applicable
- Train team members on password security best practices
4. Technical Support & User Experience
- Daily Support Operations
- Provide first-line technical support for laptops, software, and system issues
- Resolve Notion queries and optimize workspace configurations
- Support biometric attendance system setup and synchronization
- Troubleshoot email, calendar, and productivity software issues
- Maintain hardware inventory and coordinate repairs/replacements
5. System Integration & Optimization
- Operational Excellence (Weekly/Monthly)
- Ensure smooth integration between ecommerce platforms, CRM, and analytics tools
- Monitor and optimize performance of business-critical applications
- Implement backup and disaster recovery procedures
- Coordinate software updates and patches across all systems
- Document IT processes and maintain system documentation
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Communication & Coordination (Daily/Weekly)
- Collaborate with CRM and operations teams to resolve technical issues
- Communicate system updates, maintenance windows, and potential impacts
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers
- Support onboarding of new team members with IT setup
- Provide technical input for new tool evaluations and implementations
Required QualificationsTechnical Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support/systems administration
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with TP-Link or similar networking equipment
- Proficiency in Windows and basic Linux administration
- Knowledge of password management solutions
- Understanding of cloud services (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365)
Essential Experience:
- Small-medium business IT support experience
- Experience with ecommerce/D2C technology stack
- Knowledge of CRM systems and business applications
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles
- Experience with remote troubleshooting and user support
Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
- Customer service orientation with patience for non-technical users
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
- Proactive approach to identifying and preventing issues
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Notion, Slack, or similar collaboration tools
- Knowledge of ecommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)
- Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics
- Experience with inventory management systems
- Certification in networking (CCNA) or security (CompTIA Security+)
