FISO Auditor (Internal / External)

Job Summary

The ISO Auditor is responsible for planning, conducting, and reporting audits of management systems to ensure compliance with applicable ISO standards (such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001). The role evaluates organizational processes, identifies nonconformities, and supports continual improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and conduct ISO audits in accordance with audit programs and schedules
• Assess compliance with applicable ISO standards, legal requirements, and internal procedures
• Review documentation, records, and operational practices for effectiveness and conformity
• Identify nonconformities, risks, and opportunities for improvement
• Prepare clear, accurate audit reports and present findings to management
• Verify and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Maintain audit records and ensure audit evidence is objective and traceable
• Support certification, surveillance, and recertification audits
• Stay current with ISO standard updates and industry best practices
• Promote a culture of quality, compliance, and continual improvement

• ISO 45001 – Occupational Health & Safety

QualificationsEducation

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Business, Information Security

Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in ISO auditing, quality assurance, compliance, or management systems
• Experience conducting internal or external audits is preferred

Certifications (preferred or required)

• ISO Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor certification (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001,ISO 45001)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
