ISO Auditor

An ISO Internal Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 plays a crucial role in assessing and ensuring the effectiveness and compliance of an organization's Quality Management System (QMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS). These standards are integral to maintaining high operational standards and ensuring continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Audit Planning and Preparation: Develop and execute audit plans for QMS, EMS, and OHSMS.

Review relevant documentation, including policies, procedures, and records, to ensure alignment with ISO standards.

Conducting Internal Audits: Perform audits to assess compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.

Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented processes and identify areas for improvement. Engage with departmental heads and staff to gather insights and evidence.

Reporting and Documentation: Document audit findings, including non-conformities and areas of improvement.

Prepare detailed audit reports and communicate findings to management.

Ensure that audit records are maintained accurately for future reference and compliance. Follow-up and Corrective Actions:

Monitor the implementation of corrective and preventive actions based on audit findings. Verify the effectiveness of actions taken and ensure timely closure of audit issues.

Continuous Improvement: Provide recommendations to enhance the management systems and align them with best practices. Stay updated with changes in ISO standards and industry regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.

Required Qualifications:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or Occupational Health and Safety.

Professional Certifications: Lead Auditor certification for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. Completion of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 Internal Auditor training courses. Essential Skills:

Analytical Thinking:

Ability to assess complex systems and identify areas for improvement.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous in reviewing documentation and identifying non-conformities.

Communication Skills: Proficient in preparing clear reports and effectively communicating findings to stakeholders.

Knowledge of ISO Standards: In-depth understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 requirements.
