Role Description This is a contract-based ISO Auditor position with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site visits in India and remote work. The ISO Auditor will conduct management system audits for various ISO standards, ensuring compliance with international standards. Responsibilities include preparing audit reports, assessing organizational processes, providing insights for continual improvement, and maintaining professional and impartial assessments. The role requires effective collaboration with clients, coupled with strong reporting and communication skills. Qualifications Proficiency in conducting audits for ISO standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or other relevant management systems. Strong analytical and research skills to assess organizational processes and identify areas for improvement. Exceptional communication, report writing, and presentation skills. Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and travel as required for on-site audits. Qualifications such as a Certified Lead Auditor in relevant standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or ISO 45001) are highly desirable. Prior experience as an auditor or similar role in management system certification is preferred. Proficiency in the use of digital tools for reporting and communication. A diploma, degree, or equivalent qualification in a relevant field is a plus.
