ISMS Governance & Compliance

As a Governance, Compliance & ISMS Specialist, you will be responsible for the following key areas: Role Overview: - Develop and implement robust governance frameworks for effective decision-making processes and policy adherence. - Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. - Design, implement, and manage the Information Security Management System (ISMS) in accordance with ISO 27001 standards. - Identify, assess, and prioritize risks related to governance, compliance, and information security. - Develop and review governance, compliance, and information security policies. - Conduct training sessions and awareness programs on governance, compliance, and information security. - Prepare and deliver regular reports to management on governance, compliance, and ISMS metrics. - Assess and manage third-party vendor compliance with governance and information security requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement role-based access control (RBAC) and least privilege access models. - Develop, implement, and maintain privileged access management (PAM) policies and procedures to safeguard critical systems and data. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. - Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer are advantageous. - Proven experience in governance, compliance, identity access, and information security management roles. - Familiarity with international standards and frameworks related to governance and information security. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience in managing projects related to governance, compliance, and information security initiatives. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on emerging trends and best practices in the field.,
