Valid IRATA Level 2 or Level 3 Certification with up-to-date logbook entries.
Prior experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Offshore / Power / Infrastructure projects
Strong knowledge of site HSE rules, IRATA ICOP compliance & best practicesExperience in industrial painting, surface preparation, mechanical works or similar technical tradesAbility to lead a rope access team and coordinate effectively with site stakeholders (for Level 3)Physically fit with excellent stamina and no work-at-height restrictionsGood command over English / Hindi for clear instruction & reportingImmediate joiners or short notice period preferredWillingness to work in challenging environments, rotational shifts & travel as per project requirement.
