Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a IR Executive at Mafatlal Industries Limited.

• Handle union negotiations, settlements, and collective bargaining effectively.
• Ensure strict compliance with the Gujarat Industrial Relations Act (GIR Act), Industrial Disputes Act (ID Act), and other applicable labor laws.
• Handle legal matters related to Labour Court, Industrial Court, High Court, and conciliation proceedings.
• Address and resolve grievances of workers in a timely and professional manner.
• Liaise with government authorities and other external stakeholders as required.

Qualifications

• Graduate / Postgraduate in HR/IR, Labor Welfare, or Industrial Relations. (MSW, MLW)
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Industrial Relations, preferably in a manufacturing setup.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, legal proceedings, and statutory compliance.
