We are looking for an experienced and *dynamic Industrial Relations Executive* to manage and strengthen our employee relations and legal compliance functions.*Key Responsibilities:* • Handle union negotiations, settlements, and collective bargaining effectively. • Ensure strict compliance with the Gujarat Industrial Relations Act (GIR Act), Industrial Disputes Act (ID Act), and other applicable labor laws. • Handle legal matters related to Labour Court, Industrial Court, High Court, and conciliation proceedings. • Address and resolve grievances of workers in a timely and professional manner. • Liaise with government authorities and other external stakeholders as required.*Qualifications & Experience:* • Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Labor Welfare, or Industrial Relations. • 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in Industrial Relations, preferably in a manufacturing setup. • Strong knowledge of labor laws, legal proceedings, and statutory compliance. • Proficiency in Gujarati is mandatory. *How to Apply:*Interested candidates may share their updated CVs at:📧 jayati.barot@mafatlals.comBe a part of one of India’s most reputed textile organizations and contribute to fostering a strong, fair, and compliant workplace culture.
