To supervise the seamless operation of admission and discharge process including patient receiving, documentation and services billing • To monitor patients procedure time as per the OT list plan, waiting time and to evaluate and act on the bottle-necks.
• To monitor behavioral standards of the teammates and if required suggest a training program for improvements of soft skills, grooming etc.
• To ensure capturing 100% patients feedback and suggestions
• To remain well-groomed as per company policy.
• Greeting and welcoming the patients/guests/consultants both voice and face-to-face.
• Monitor payment collection for services rendered and generating receipts for the patients.
• Monitoring patients file (IVF files + Lab reports + SA report+ Procedure Consents) and OT list for the next day and informing same to consultants.
• Monitoring clinic ambience and display (Sound/Sight/Smell & Display on television, brochures, standee, and notices) • Daily reports sending it to all concerned department.
