Job Summary:

• We are looking for a hands-on IoT Engineer with expertise in IoT device assembly, Android motherboard troubleshooting, and amplifier integration.
• This role involves building and servicing embedded devices used in public transport buses for audio announcement and advertisement broadcasting.
• The ideal candidate should be skilled in hardware-level diagnosis, soldering, power supply circuits, and embedded Android systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Device Assembly & Integration:

• Assemble complete IoT units consisting of Android boards, amplifier circuits, speakers, GPS, and other sensors.
• Perform wiring, soldering, and casing to build robust devices ready for bus deployment.
• Conduct power and signal flow tests before dispatch.

2. Android Motherboard Servicing:

• Diagnose and repair issues on Android motherboards (e.g., power IC failure, boot issues, dead board recovery).
• Flash firmware, install necessary APKs, and verify audio/video performance.
• Maintain motherboard inventory, part replacement logs, and repair reports.

3. Amplifier & Audio System Setup:

• Integrate audio amplifier boards with Android mainboards.
• Test audio clarity and speaker output in lab and field environments.
• Calibrate gain, volume control, and minimize distortion/interference.

4. Field Deployment & Testing:

• Support technicians during on-site installation and troubleshooting in buses.
• Perform root cause analysis of failures in live systems.
• Ensure each device meets the quality and performance standards before field rollout.

5. Coordination & Documentation:

• Document all builds, repairs, and configuration steps for each device.
• Coordinate with the software team for app installation and OTA readiness.
• Provide feedback for hardware design improvement or component sourcing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Embedded Systems, or related fields.
• 2+ years of experience in embedded hardware assembly and servicing.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Android motherboard hardware-level servicing
• Amplifier integration and testing
• Power supply circuits (AC-DC converters, DC-DC regulators)
• Multimeter, soldering iron, hot air gun, and diagnostic tools
• Familiarity with Android OS, APK flashing, and custom board setup.

Preferred:

• Experience working in automotive electronics or embedded Android projects.
• Knowledge of basic networking (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth), GPS modules, and IoT frameworks.
