iOS Lead Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the prototyping, design, and development of scalable iOS applications supporting multi-country, multi-brand, and multi-currency integrations.
• Translate business requirements and high-level specifications into technical solutions in partnership with stakeholders and end-users.
• Collaborate with product owners to develop long-term mobile technology strategies and roadmaps.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including architecture, backend, visual design, UX, and QA to deliver cohesive, high-quality applications.
• Communicate effectively within the development team and across leadership to ensure alignment on project goals, technical direction, and timelines.
• Continuously evaluate and improve development processes, standards, and quality across the iOS platform.
• Champion code quality, reusability, and adherence to architectural guidelines and design patterns.

Required Experience and Skills

• 6+ years

  of hands-on experience in

  iOS development

  with expertise in

  Swift

  and building scalable enterprise mobile applications.
• Proficient in modern iOS architecture patterns such as

  MVVM

  , with a deep understanding of iOS components,

  RESTful APIs

  , and custom UI implementation.
• Strong knowledge of

  Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD)

  ,

  software design patterns

  , and

  full-stack development principles

• Proven experience working with

  Agile methodologies

  (Scrum/XP),

  test-driven development (TDD)

  behavior-driven development (BDD)
