Pitching: Lead the fundraising roadshow. You will be the primary voice in pitch meetings, effectively communicating the company’s vision, traction, and financial potential.

Closing: Manage the due diligence process, negotiate term sheets, and close investment rounds.

2. Investor Relations (The "Farmer" Role)

Once we have the investment, you will ensure our investors remain informed, confident, and supportive.

Communication: Create and distribute monthly/quarterly investor updates (newsletters, KPIs, financial reports).

Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for all shareholder inquiries. manage expectations and foster trust.

Network Activation: Leverage our investor network to open doors for business development, hiring, and further partnerships.

Must-Haves:

Proven Network: You have an existing rolodex of connections to Angels, VCs, or High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs).

Fundraising Experience: You have successfully raised capital before (or have worked in VC/Investment Banking) and understand the nuances of a Term Sheet.

Financial Literacy: You are comfortable with valuation caps, convertible notes, SAFE agreements, and financial modeling.

Storytelling: You can take complex data and turn it into a compelling investment narrative.

Soft Skills:

Resilience: You understand that fundraising involves hearing "No" 99 times to get 1 "Yes," and you don't get discouraged.

The Offer (What you get)

Significant Co-Founder Equity: You are coming in on the ground floor. Your reward is primarily ownership in the company you help build.
