What youll do : Vision & Strategy: Develop and own the vision and commercial product strategy for Tax Product Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of the assigned product portfolio from ideation through launch, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with strategic goals. Budget Management: Propose, manage, and oversee the R&D budget for your product portfolio. Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a product roadmap in alignment with the overall product vision, using insights from the Alternative Investment industry and target market segments. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of product managers, holding accountability for the team s performance and delivery. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, test engineering and client relationship teams to align individual product visions with the overall platform vision, leveraging a deep understanding of the Arcesium product suite. Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and execute an engagement and communication strategy for clients and senior stakeholders. Market Awareness: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to ensure our products remain competitive and innovative. What youll need : Over 10 years of product management and leadership experience with a proven track record of conceptualizing and shipping products that solve complex problems Experience in international taxation with domain expertise in US Partnership Tax Compliance and Planning. Strong understanding of the Alternative Investment industry and related market dynamics. Proven track record of managing product lifecycles and leading cross-functional teams. Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills.
