Investment Insights Associates
Principal Responsibilities
- Creating powerful insights and engaging content for HSBC clients using primary and secondary research and supplied briefs.
- Research on wealth products/platforms and global/regional economies and generate meaningful insights for client’s consumption.
- Ensure all content is accurate and adheres to copy and content standards. Troubleshoot and facilitate the resolution of technical issues with the content management system
- Experience of delivering digital best practice in areas such as content management , content strategy, web analytics, optimization.
- Experience of working with web publishing tools, content management systems, at least 3 years of specific experience with Adobe Experience Manager is mandatory and project management tools (Jira/Confluence or similar)
- Strong understanding of wealth products, asset classes and world/regional economy.Experience in sprint planning and Agile ways of working is advantageous
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to communicate technical issues, resolve differences and influence stakeholders
Qualifications - External
- Experience of working with web publishing tools, content management systems.
- At least 3 years of specific experience with Adobe Experience Manager is mandatory and project management tools (Jira/Confluence or similar)
- Bachelors or Masters preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot and facilitate the resolution of technical issues
- Written and verbal communication skills. Ability to develop and effectively communicate complex concepts and ideas
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams. Strong interpersonal skills and drive for success.
- Maintain the level of communication/interaction across the team and direct manager including onshore business partners.
- Strong analytical skills with business analysis aptitude. Knowledge and understanding of financial-services/ banking-operations is advantageous.
