Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by sourcing new opportunities and successfully executing financial transactions. This role combines strategic business development with hands-on deal execution and client management, making it essential for generating revenue and delivering high-quality advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Industry and Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market, industry, and financial analysis to support strategic recommendations and transaction decisions.
• Business Development: Identify potential clients and deal opportunities through networking, market research, and outreach efforts. Develop compelling marketing materials such as pitchbooks and presentations to attract and engage prospective clients.
• Deal Execution: Lead the execution process by managing due diligence, building financial models, preparing transaction documentation, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth deal closure.
• Client Interaction: Act as a trusted advisor by maintaining close communication with clients and supporting ongoing relationships throughout the deal lifecycle.
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside senior bankers and junior team members to meet project deadlines and maintain high-quality deliverables.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills using Excel, PowerPoint, and financial software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of clearly presenting complex financial information.
• Proven track record in deal origination at transaction execution.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA, CFA, or CA preferred.
