Job Summary: We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Wealth Managers who will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and growing high-value client relationships by providing expert financial and investment advisory. Key Responsibilities: Drive business development through mutual funds, insurance, PMS, and other investment products via unbiased and high-quality advisory. Develop new client relationships and manage existing ones to ensure revenue growth, profitability, and client satisfaction. Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve financial targets and business objectives. Acquire and maintain relationships with Retail, HNI, Ultra HNI, and Corporate clients . Cross-sell insurance, bonds, and other wealth management products. Advise clients (Corporate / Promoters / HNIs) on investment opportunities for maximizing ROI. Offer end-to-end financial solutions and proactive client servicing. Educate clients on various investment avenues and provide asset allocation advice based on risk appetite and time horizon. Conceptualize and implement sales and promotional strategies through various marketing channels. Update clients on market trends, investment strategies, and regulatory changes . Maintain and update MIS, daily/weekly/monthly sales reports , and other business documentation. Desired Candidate Profile Strong knowledge of Mutual Funds, Insurance, Bonds, PMS, Structured Products, and other third-party financial instruments. Proven experience in financial advisory, wealth management, and client acquisition. Excellent communication, relationship management, and analytical skills. Must hold a valid NISMVA Certification . Self-driven and target-oriented professional with strong financial market awareness.
