Investment Banking Analyst

Position Overview:

We are seeking an Investment Banking Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an MBA in Finance, with 2-3 years of experience in the investment banking or financial services sector. The role involves assisting in the execution of capital raising, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), and other financial advisory services, along with providing detailed financial analysis, preparing presentations, and supporting senior bankers in client meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting financial modeling, valuation, and market research to support M&A transactions and other advisory services.
• Preparing and presenting financial analysis, pitch materials, and transaction documentation to clients.
• Assisting in the execution of live deals and client interactions.
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client projects.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• MBA in Finance from a reputed institution.
• 2-3 years of experience in investment banking, financial advisory, or related fields.
• Strong communication, analytical, and financial modeling skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail, proactive attitude, and team player.

Compensation:

Compensation will be as per industry standards or aligned with the candidate’s profile. Additionally, a performance-based bonus will be provided.
