   ✔ 2024/25 graduates (BA, BCom, BBA, BSc) who studied and live in Pune

   ✔ Comfortable using AI tools daily and eager to automate grunt research

   ✔ Ready to commit at least two years full‑time (no parallel MBA/CFA/UPSC prep)

   ✔ Fine with a modest starting stipend plus meaningful upside bonuses tied strictly to delivered insight
