Investment Banking Analyst

Opportunity for a Investment Banking Analyst Role with a leading Supply Chain Solutions company @ Mumbai.

Eligibility:-

CA or MBA- Finance- ( Qualified from TOP University)

Good Knowledge on Buy-Side.

Location:- Mumbai- Goregaon.

Budget- 30 LPA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed

  financial analysis and valuation

  , including DCF, comparable company, and precedent transaction analyses
• Build and maintain complex

  financial models

  to support transactions and strategic initiatives
• Assist in the

  preparation of pitch books

  , client presentations, information memoranda, and other marketing materials
• Perform in-depth

  industry and company research

  to support deal execution and business development
• Support senior bankers in the

  execution of M&A

  , equity, and debt financing transactions
• Coordinate and assist in

  due diligence

  processes with clients, legal counsel, and other advisors
• Monitor relevant news, market trends, and financial developments affecting clients and target sectors
• Maintain transaction databases and assist with the preparation of internal reports

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Finance, Economics, Accounting

  , or a related field from a top-tier university
• 4-5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, or similar roles
• Strong proficiency in

  Excel, PowerPoint

  , and financial modeling
• Exceptional

  analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills

• Excellent

  written and verbal communication

  skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Highly motivated, self-starter, and team-oriented
• Ability to thrive in a

  fast-paced, high-pressure environment
