✔ 2024/25 graduates (BA, BCom, BBA, BSc) who finished studies in Pune and live here now
✔ Ready to commit 2–3 years full‑time (no parallel MBA/CFA prep)
✔ Curious about business logic, numbers, and why people pay for irrational things
✔ Comfortable with modest starting pay; excited by upside bonuses and rapid responsibility
✖ Planning an MBA, CFA, UPSC, or any other course in the next two years
