Investment Analyst

This is a hands-on role for a high-calibre Investment Analyst who will work directly with the Founder on listed equities, private investment opportunities, and select real estate transactions. The role also includes operational support and preparation of investment materials, making it ideal for someone who wants broad exposure across investments rather than a narrow back-office role.

Key Responsibilities

Investment Analysis & Research

• Build financial models, valuation frameworks, and scenario analyses
• Prepare investment notes, memos, and internal dashboards
• Support analysis for private, structured, or special-situation investments as required

Investment Execution & Monitoring

• Assist in execution of trades and investment transactions
• Monitor news flow, results, corporate actions, and regulatory developments
• Maintain investment trackers, MIS reports, and periodic reviews

Real Estate & Deal Support

• Assist with financial analysis and feasibility of real estate or land transactions
• Prepare pitch decks, teasers, and presentations for international funds or partners
• Coordinate data rooms, documents, and deal-related information
• Support due diligence with basic analysis and summarisation

Operations & Founder Support

• Support day-to-day investment operations and coordination
• Maintain records, trackers, and internal processes
• Coordinate with brokers, banks, custodians, and external advisors when required
• Assist the Founder with ad-hoc analytical and operational tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills (Excel mandatory)
• Solid understanding of equity markets and investment concepts
• Ability to create high-quality presentations (PowerPoint / Google Slides)
• Strong attention to detail and execution mindset
• High integrity and discretion

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• 1–4 years of experience in investment research, family office, PMS, IB, or buy-side
• Exposure to real estate financial analysis or transaction support
• Familiarity with Bloomberg, Capital IQ, Screener, or similar tools
• Background in finance, economics

• Not a pure client-facing role
• Not a compliance or fundraising position

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
