Role Summary

A high-trust role responsible for providing safe, discreet transportation to the CEO while also supporting day-to-day executive coordination, scheduling, and administrative tasks. This position requires absolute confidentiality, strong organisational skills, and the ability to anticipate the CEO’s needs.

Key Responsibilities
Driving & Mobility

• Provide safe, punctual, and professional driving services for the CEO
• Plan routes efficiently considering traffic and time sensitivity
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, servicing, insurance, and compliance
• Be available for extended hours, travel days, and urgent requirements

Executive Support

• Manage the CEO’s daily schedule, appointments, and reminders
• Coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-ups with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Handle documents, basic correspondence, and record-keeping
• Assist with travel logistics including itineraries, pickups, and coordination
• Act as a trusted point of contact when required

Coordination & Discretion

• Liaise with office staff, vendors, security, and household personnel
• Handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality
• Support ad-hoc personal and professional tasks as assigned by the CEO

Requirements & Skills

• Proven experience as a professional driver for senior executives
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Basic proficiency with smartphones, WhatsApp, calendars, and email
• Calm, discreet, and professional demeanour
• Flexible availability and high reliability
• Valid driving licence with a clean driving record

Preferred Attributes

• Prior experience working with a CEO, promoter, or HNI family
• Familiarity with city routes, airports, and business districts
• Ability to anticipate needs and work independently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
