Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and compliance tasks (GST, TDS, statutory filings).
  • Manage

    bank payments and investment-related payments

    .
  • Maintain and reconcile

    demat account records, investment documentation, and portfolio reports

    .
  • Prepare financial and investment reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with

    Indian and Dubai tax laws

    .
  • Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, record-keeping, meeting minutes, and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Experience in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial reporting.
  • Familiarity with

    demat account operations and investment procedures

    .
  • Knowledge of

    Dubai and Indian tax regulations

    is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office & Google Workspace.
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
