Primarily, team verifies legitimacy of potential customers to onboard business/corporate customers at Amazon platform providing additional benefits such as bulk ordering, expedited delivery etc. In order to protect platform from abusive actors, team combines technology, machine learning and human ingenuity to identify threat vectors that can be utilized to perpetrate abuse. Team seamlessly develop mechanisms to reduce the impact of abuse. Alongside, we assist WW AB team on manual tasks in order to reduce cost to serve while improving efficiency and maintaining the highest quality standards.
