You will be joining MSI Services Pvt. Ltd. as an Inventory Planning and Replenishment Analyst in Bangalore. Your role involves working with shipment data, market trends, and POS data to develop demand plans and execute inventory buys. You will collaborate with internal teams to develop detailed forecasts and anticipate changes affecting planning. Identifying constraints and communicating lead time issues to operations and account managers will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will conduct ad-hoc analysis, provide recommendations for operational procedures, and deliver in-depth analysis on Purchase, Sales, and Inventory management functions. Your responsibilities will also include evolving reporting systems, leveraging automation, meeting SLAs, communicating updates with business units, training team members, and taking ownership of the process. It is essential to have a Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance or a related field, along with 2-3 years of experience in a forecasting/planning analyst role. Your proficiency in Microsoft Excel, analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills will be crucial for success in this role. Being flexible, adaptive to changing priorities, and open to short-term overseas travel are necessary qualities for this position. If you have a valid US visa, it would be a plus.
