Inventory Planning and Replenishment Analyst

If you are seeking a long-term career with opportunities for growth, MSI may be the right place for you. **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Develop demand plans and execute inventory buys using current and historical shipment information, market trends, and POS data. - Collaborate with internal sales and operations teams to create forecasts at the sku-level and anticipate planning changes. - Identify capacity or inventory constraints and communicate potential issues or adjustments to operations and account managers. - Conduct ad-hoc analysis, solve problems, and provide recommendations for operational procedures. - Deliver in-depth analysis of Purchase, Sales, and Inventory management functions under various parameters. - Evolve reporting systems and processes by leveraging automation. - Meet SLAs of the assigned team and take ownership of the process. - Communicate regularly with Business units for updates and requests. - Train and mentor team members. **Desired Candidate Profile:** - Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, or a related field. - 2-3 years of experience in a forecasting/planning analyst role. - Understanding of measurements such as sales, Inventory weeks on hand, weeks of supply, and how to impact these metrics positively. - Strong cross-functional communication skills. - Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Knowledge of Business processes and pro-activeness. - Excellent verbal and written communication. - Willingness to work from the office. - Open to short-term overseas business travel. - Candidates with a valid US visa will be a plus.,
