Inventory Manager

Job Summary:

The Inventory Manager is responsible for managing all materials, chemicals, linens, and spare parts used in laundry operations. The role ensures that stock levels are maintained accurately, usage is tracked properly, and materials are available as per operational requirements while minimizing wastage and cost.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials (chemicals, consumables, spare parts, linen, etc.).
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inventory checks and reconcile physical stock with system records.
• Coordinate with purchase and accounts teams for timely procurement and billing.
• Monitor consumption patterns and prepare reports on material usage and wastage.
• Ensure safe storage of chemicals and linen in compliance with hygiene and safety norms.
• Track and control movement of client linen (incoming, processed, and dispatch).
• Manage issue slips, gate passes, GRNs, and stock registers accurately.
• Coordinate with the operations and maintenance teams for material requests.
• Identify slow-moving and non-moving inventory and recommend action.
• Maintain reorder levels and ensure uninterrupted material supply to all departments.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate / Diploma in Inventory Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in inventory or store management (preferably in laundry / hospitality industry).
• Proficiency in MS Excel / ERP software for inventory tracking.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and documentation skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
