About BasketFull:

BasketFull is a newly launched-growing supermarket in Vadodara with the vision to deliver a modern and customer-friendly shopping experience. Also, we are stepping in the world of quick commerce delivery app across the country. We are expanding operations and looking for a reliable and experienced Inventory Manager to manage stock, prevent losses, and support smooth retail operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stock Management
• Oversee all inward & outward stock movement and update in ERP POS system.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and perform regular stock audits.
• Track near-expiry and slow-moving products; coordinate returns to suppliers.
• Ensure stock is arranged category-wise for easy access and professional display.
• Purchasing & Vendor Coordination
• Verify purchase invoices, reconcile with deliveries, and raise discrepancies with vendors.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment of fast-moving items.
• Maintain good relationships with distributors to get best pricing and credit terms.
• Theft & Shrinkage Control
• Monitor high-value and fast-moving items (FMCG, chocolates, shampoos, detergents).
• Implement checks to prevent billing fraud, pilferage, and stock leakages.
• Team & Reporting
• Supervise store staff handling goods and ensure proper inward documentation.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and margin reports for management.
• Report directly to the Store Manager / Owner with actionable insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate / Diploma in Commerce, Retail Management, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in inventory control, preferably in supermarkets, FMCG, or retail chains.
• Strong knowledge of POS/ERP systems (experience with VasyERP preferred).
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage people and enforce SOPs strictly.
• Knowledge of GST and billing processes will be an added advantage.

Compensation:

• Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience).
